- Coco Kick

Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 large banana, peeled
- 1 large green apple, cored, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons shaved coconut (optional)
- 1 cup ice
Directions: Put the coconut milk, yogurt, spinach, banana, apple, coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
- Granana smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- ½ cup (70g) Red Grapes
- ½ medium (70g) banana, sliced and frozen
- ¾ cup (180g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup (180mL) coconut milk
- 2 cup (260g) ice cubes
Directions: Add all of the ingredients to the blender in the order listed, and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
Note: Any milk (cow’s, soy, coconut, etc.) may be substituted in place of the almond milk.
- Chia berry
Preparation Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup sliced bananas, frozen
- 1/2 cup kefir or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Splash of vanilla extract
Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth! Let it sit for a few minutes so that the chia seeds can do their magic (expand and get slimy). Enjoy!
